LIFE AND LAUGHING - Michael McIntyre

Michael McIntyre's mother was once told in a tarot card reading in a small magic shop that her son would be known worldwide and would be extremely successful and achieve fame. Amazing that tarot card reader was correct. Michael McIntyre is one of England's biggest comedians. He has kids in fits of giggle while also making the adults laugh their heads off. He has 2 films, his own TV show, has completed one tour and is now going for another one and even managed to fit in time to write a book.

His book is what I am here to talk to you about. I think I got it as a Christmas present and even though I have always and will always love Mr.McIntyre i never read it until recently. I have never like auto-biography's but this is just as or maybe even more funnier than his videos. I brought it everywhere with me, the Tennis courts, on the train, on holiday in front of the pool and when i read a particularly funny part everyone on the courts, trains or any kids playing in the pools would turn and stare at me, wondering what was so funny about this book.

As any autobiography would it is a story about Michael McIntyre's life, you follow him through his ages from when he was a baby and could only say 'ma, da and shums' to going through having 2 dads at his parent sports day, to going through puberty with little help, to trying to talk to the opposite sex, which he describes them as aliens. Then through his adult life, his marriage and the birth of his children. It is an amazing buy and anyone who loves his DVD's or TV shows will love this book. This is the quote on the inside of the front page and it makes me laugh every time.
'A midwife asked my Mother if my father was Chinese or Japanese. My grandmother though my parents took home the wrong baby. Questions were asked about my mother's fidelity. My father beat up our local dry cleaner, Mr Wu.'

This book is very comedic it is also about a young boys life, growing up in two homes with two family's and losing his father at the age of 19. This book will have you laughing out loud where ever you take it and you wont be able to stop until you have finished the book. It is £7.99 in most stores and available as an e-Book.

Attracted to Magnets?

This year there have been many new trends. Jumpsuits are back in, everyone is wearing ear cuffs and if you have an indie pose for a photo then you are awesome. But a more subtle trend this year is Nail polish! And i love it!

The Saturdays loved it so much the helped Fashionista come out with there own brand.

This year there are so many different nail choices, not just colors but styles. First we have crackle nail varnish brought out by Barry M which basically rocked our world. Then we had metallic nail which seemed to be the new pastels. After that was the gem nails where you had a simple based coat then added
Strips in Burgandy

gems or glitter but that trend didn't set for very long, last of all we had the stick on nails which were great for when your in a rush and don't have time for your nails to dry but now Barry M has a new sensational idea, magnet nails.
Supporting UK in the Olympics?
They are the new crackle and everyone loves it.

We all want something new, something never done before and now we have it, the new summer trend is magnet nails. The product is very simple to use, you paint the varnish on like any other nail Varnish then while it is still wet you hold the magnet (which is conveniently on the lid of the nail polish) over your toe nail and get amazing patterns!

All the celebrity's are now wearing it such as The Saturdays, Alexandra Burke and Made in Chelsea's Cheska Hull.  Go out to your closet beauty store and buy yours now! available from Barry M, 17 and nails inc. So for those of you in the US, Sephora, Target and many other stores have them in stock. You can go to these two links to buy yours now.

'One and Only', The Interview.

Amazingly I have managed to get an interview with Believe96 who is a fantasic writer on a website called Wattpad.

First I'd like to introduce Wattpad. It is a place where you can read books written by people of any ages and write them yourself. You can download it as an app on almost any smart phone and read on the go. There are many different genres of books from Romance to Comedy and Fiction to Poems. Check it out yourself at http://www.wattpad.com .

One and Only - Scared | [Pic. of Jade]Believe96 wrote a book called 'One and Only'. The plot is about a boy called Noah (Chase Crawford)and a girl called Jade (Nina Dobrev). They are partnerd up in dance class and spending all this time practicing reveals feeling they didn't even know they had for each other.
It includes there funny coupled up friends aand a high school setting to add to the realalism. It is a fantastic book that leaves you waiting for the next chapter and i would recommend it to anyone.

So now for the interview .... Mini Drum Roll ....... In your head.

10 questions in 5 minutes,

1). Tell us a bit about yourself.

1. I'm a nice person (I hope), I'm really sarcastic, and if I say anything mean to someone, I feel immensely bad. I love to read, write, dance, draw, watch sunsetsand especially love water parks and rollarcoasters. The bigger and scarier the better. I'm a really good student.Outer space interests me greatly, and if I didn't want to be a doctor, I'd want to be an astronomer. My dream would be to travel the world. I'm also really afraid of heights and I hate horror films.

2). When, why and how did you join/find out about wattpad?

My best friend actually introduced me to wattpad and I am forever grateful.I joined because I could read amazing stories and write something that other people would review. I wanted my stories to live outside my room and notebooks.

3). Do you remeber the first book you read? What was it?

I don't remember the first book I read. I've read way too many.

4). How did you come up with the idea for your book 'One and Only'?

I don't really know how I exactly came up with One and Only. I just knew I wanted to write a story, and the idea for that story was currently spinning around in my head begging to be let out.

5). How did you come up with the title?

Well, I came up with it because I firmly believe you only ever fall in love once whether you think you have loved more than once or not. And Jade is like that. She wants to be someone's 'one and only' whether she admits it or not.

6). Which writer inspires you the most?

I don't actually get very inspired by writers. I get inspired by music. But katrocks24 actually helped me get out of my latest writer's block with her book 'Bleeding Royalty.'

7). Are you planning on writting any other books?

I am planning on writing a lot more stories, and I really hope they are more than just 'cliche'. I'll have stories that may sound cliche, but hopefully I'll be able to make something of my own that's enjoyable.

8). If you won a wattyaward, what would it be for? (Best cover, Best Short story...)

If I ever win a watty award, it'd probably be for Best Romance or something considering I usually only write romance.

9). Is it hard to get people to vote/ become a fan of your books and you?

Not really. I get lots of votes and fans and I am immensely thankful for that

10). What advice would you give to young  writters on wattpad?

My advice would be to keep writing no matter what! Just improvise on how you write so you can make it better and have more people like it.

Onsie's

Are One Pieces the new fashion? I think so. They are flying out of shops leaving the only signs on the onsie sight as 'Out of Stock'. They keep you warm, look awesome and a they are a whole load of fun. What's not to love ?
One Pieces come in many different designs, they come in Animal print, Seasonal, Traditional, Plain Prints and Customised. They are amazing, buy one and you will soon start a trend in your family and friends.

They are especially good for camping trips as they keep you warm and you only had to wear leggings and a t-shirt underneath. Not even that if you don't want to.You can buy long ones, short ones, male ones, feamle one, kids ones, adult ones.

There is a onsie out there for everyone.

They can be hard to find but are in shops such as New Look, Topshop, H&M, Primark and alot of online shops such as www.onepiece.com . The price range is 10-120 pounds depending on where you buy them from but they are definatley worth the money and since Christmas is now over they will all go into the sale.

P.S. Even One direction are wearing them :D

Worth Buying? By it.
